We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return or exchange, please mail back your item(s) postmarked within 7 days delivery. Tags must be attached and the item(s) unworn to receive any credit. All clearance are final sale. All accessories including jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, wallets, belts, swimwear, hats, giftables, housewares and lingerie are final sale.

After the 7-day period, your item(s) become final sale. All exchanges are final sale, unless the item(s) being exchanged is due to a damage, or an issue from the store. Item(s) must be in NEW condition with original tags attached or shoe box, cannot be worn, washed, or altered. The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout and will post within 7 - 10 business days. Monkee’s of Houston reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item(s) being returned.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the 'My Account' menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer standard ground shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate fee of $10.00, unless otherwise indicated. Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather.

*PLEASE NOTE* Any order that was shipped for free, and is later returned will be subject to a $5 shipping charge taken from the refund amount to cover the original cost of shipping.
